The Regulation came into effect on May 25, 2018, and repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
The privacy policy does not apply to websites you access through links on the site and/or activities offered by third parties. More specifically, the staff belonging to the following departments: IT, administrative staff, customer service, marketing, as well as other individuals who need to process personal data to perform their work.

reCAPTCHA
We use the reCAPTCHA service, provided by Google Inc. (Google), to protect your online submissions through the respective form. This service checks via a questionnaire whether the user is human in order to safeguard certain website functions from abuse by spam bots (especially comments). The additional questionnaire includes the IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the Google reCAPTCHA service. For this purpose, your data will be transferred to and used by Google.
However, your IP address will be truncated by Google and remain anonymous in EU member states or other states participating in the European Economic Area agreement. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in America and truncated there.
