Shipping is free for Greece and the European Union! For other countries (USA, UK, Canada, etc.), shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination. For the USA, shipping is via DHL Express DTP (Duties & Taxes Paid), meaning no customs charges for the recipient.

Of course! If a piece of jewelry doesn't satisfy you for any reason, you can return it within 30 calendar days of receipt. For Greece and the EU, returns are free with a prepaid shipping label. Refunds are processed within 10 days. Alternatively, you can choose another piece of jewelry instead of a refund.

No! Gift packaging is free with every order. We ship all jewelry in eco-friendly gift packaging that includes a box, velvet pouch, and paper bag.

Yes! You can set the billing address/country different from the shipping address/country of the jewelry, and the buyer's name doesn't have to match the recipient's. This way, your loved one receives the gift and you receive the receipt/invoice. If you wish, you can ask us to include a card with your dedication in the package. Just note the text in the order notes field before completing your order.

As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your package's tracking number. You can track the delivery status in real time. Tracking is always available for all orders, both within Greece (ACS Courier) and internationally (DHL Express).

The metal we primarily use is 925 silver, while some of our jewelry is based on brass or copper. Many pieces feature semi-precious stones, pearls, crystals, corals, enamel, feathers, and other elements.

No. When designs and construction conditions allow, we rhodium-plate or gold-plate with 24K gold the silver parts, so they don't tarnish and are more resistant to impacts and bending. Even for dark parts, we apply black rhodium plating. This virtually eliminates the need for constant maintenance and polishing.
