These terms govern every sale to consumers through the Store.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, registering and/or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

3. Pre-contractual Information

We clearly provide the main product characteristics, our identity and contact details, the total price (including taxes and any charges), payment methods, delivery times and methods, the right of withdrawal and any exceptions, return costs, as well as any delivery restrictions and accepted means of payment.

4. Prices, Offers & Transparency

• Prices are displayed in euros and include the applicable VAT.
• In price reduction announcements, the lowest price of the last 30 days is also displayed.
• If reviews are shown, it is stated whether and how their authenticity is verified.
• Any personalised pricing or search ranking is indicated as such.

5. Order & "Obligation to Pay"

Before finalisation, it is indicated that placing the order entails an obligation to pay. Upon confirmation we send the contract details on a durable medium (email).

6. Payment Methods

Visa/Mastercard cards, PayPal, bank transfer, cash on delivery (where offered), as well as instant payment via IRIS (with barcode/QR code via Viva Wallet). Transactions are processed through secure payment providers. Restrictions or checks may apply for fraud prevention purposes.

7. Delivery, Transfer of Risk & Retention of Title

Delivery takes place within the stated timeframes. Risk passes to the consumer upon physical receipt of the goods. Title is retained until full payment is received.

8. Right of Withdrawal (B2C Distance Contracts)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement (by email or letter). You may optionally use the Model Withdrawal Form.

• Returns & costs: You must return the products without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.
• Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or personalised products, nor to products sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. earrings without a hygiene seal).
• Refund: Within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return shipment. Standard outbound shipping costs are also refunded (excluding any supplementary express delivery charges).
• Diminished value: You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

9. Returns & Exchanges Policy

Beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal right (Section 8), we offer an extended return period of 30 calendar days from receipt, provided the products are unused and the security seal is intact. Instructions and the current return address are listed on the "Returns" page. Returned products remain the customer's responsibility until they are delivered to us.

10. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products are covered by the legal guarantee for lack of conformity. Depending on the circumstances, the consumer is entitled to repair or replacement, or — where applicable — a price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with the law.

11. Defective or Damaged Goods upon Delivery

If a product is received defective or incorrect, please notify us immediately for a free replacement or refund, in accordance with your statutory rights.

12. Complaints & Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

We examine every complaint in writing within a reasonable time. For out-of-court resolution you may contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman and/or the European Consumer Centre Greece (ECC Greece). (Note: The European ODR platform is no longer in operation.)

13. Intellectual & Industrial Property

The content of the Store (trademarks, images, texts, designs, etc.) is protected under applicable law. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

14. Data Protection & Cookies

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR and Greek Law 4624/2019, as applicable. For full information regarding the collection, processing and protection of data, as well as the use of cookies and tracking technologies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, GLAMI Pixel, etc.), please refer to our Privacy & Cookie Policy (GDPR).

Store products are also listed on price-comparison platforms (Skroutz, BestPrice, GLAMI), to which product data (title, price, availability, images) is transmitted via automated XML feeds.

15. Amendment of Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms for legal and/or operational reasons, by posting the updated version on the Store and/or notifying you where required. The applicable terms are those in effect at the time of publication.

16. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, extreme weather, strikes and government action).

17. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Greek law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence or to the rules of international jurisdiction in favour of consumers. The courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory rules of law.

18. Code of Conduct

The operation of the Store is governed by the Code of Conduct for Electronic Commerce, as formulated by the Hellenic Association of Electronic Commerce (GR.EC.A.).
