🌀 Return Policy

At emmanuela.gr we respect your right to return a product you purchased. You can withdraw from your purchase within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without being obliged to state the reason.

Returns are free for customers located in any country of the European Union or in the United States.

This policy exceeds the minimum 14-day obligation set by European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), aiming to facilitate and satisfy you.

The return is accepted provided that:

• The product is returned in its original condition, without damage or visible signs of use.

• It is accompanied by its original packaging and the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

🚚 Return Expenses

• Free return is provided for orders delivered to:

  • Countries of the European Union

  • United States of America

• For returns from other countries, the customer bears the shipping cost.

🔁 What is the procedure?

1. Fill out the return request.

2. Send it electronically to questions@emmanuela.gr or by mail to the address:

3. Place the product in secure packaging.

4. Returns are made with the ACS Courier company with recipient charges (where applicable) or with a free shipping label that will be sent to you (for E.U. & USA).

🔧 Defective or Wrong Products

If you receive a product that is defective, worn or different from your order:

• We will guide you step-by-step for the free return and either:

  • The replacement of the product (if available)

  • The refund of your money.
