The emmanuela.gr serves shipments throughout Greece, the European Union, the United States of America, and worldwide. All jewelry is shipped in secure, carefully designed packaging to protect the products during transport.

🇬🇷 Shipments within Greece

Shipments within Greece are made via ACS Courier and are delivered to your door.

  • Shipping cost: Free

  • Delivery time: 2 to 4 business days

📍 In rare cases of remote areas, ELTA (Hellenic Post) may be used with registered shipping. You will be informed accordingly before shipment.

🇪🇺 Shipments within the European Union

Orders to all E.U. countries are executed via DHL Express International, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.

  • Shipping cost: Free

  • Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days

🇺🇸 Shipments to the United States

Orders to the USA are also shipped via DHL Express International.

  • Shipping cost: Free

  • Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days

🌍 Shipments to other countries (outside E.U. & USA)

Orders are executed with DHL Express International or other available courier options, depending on the destination.

  • Delivery time: 7 to 30 business days, depending on the country

  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout, based on country and shipping method

  • Each piece of jewelry is placed in a luxury gift box at no extra charge, and is accompanied by a quality paper bag, so you can gift it as if you bought it from a physical store!
  • In exceptional cases, delivery of your order may require additional time. For these cases, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date before the package is shipped.
    • No product is reserved without a named order.
    • For jewelry orders marked as out of stock, you should contact us to be informed about availability and delivery time. In most cases, delivery of these products does not delay more than 10 days.
    • If your order cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather conditions, etc.), we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete your order.
    • Emmanuela.gr reserves the right to request a deposit for any order, as well as to change the listed prices without notice.
