Return Policy

At emmanuela.gr we respect your right to return the products you purchased, without penalty and without being obliged to inform us of the reason for your return, within 14 calendar days from the date you receive them. In this case, you will only bear the direct cost of the shipping expenses for the return of the products.

Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them, i.e. they have not been used or worn and are in their original packaging, along with the retail receipt or invoice.

In the rare case of receiving a defective, damaged, or different product from what you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for its free return and replacement.

To avoid inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check the condition of the sold items and the intactness of their packaging at the time of delivery of your order, in order to identify any visible problems (e.g. damaged goods, wrong item, etc.).

In case of returning the items, your refund will be completed within 10 days from the date we receive them. The exact refund period depends on the payment method you chose for your order.

Return of defective product

All our products undergo quality control before being shipped. However, if you encounter a problem and the product you received is defective, you should follow the steps below:

Fill out the return request.

Place the return form along with the product you wish to return in a secure package.

Call ACS courier & return the package to the address Emmanuela Alevizopoulou, Gymnasiou 15, 57007, Chalkidona N. Thessaloniki, Greece, with charges to the recipient, i.e. emmanuela.gr

Emmanuela.gr will either replace the defective product with a new one (depending on stock) or refund your money.

In the case of replacement, we will need 3-5 working days from the receipt of the return to complete the process and send the new product.

In the case of a refund, it will depend on the payment method used for the original purchase. That is, payment by cash on delivery will be refunded to the bank account you have declared in the return form, payment by credit/debit card will be refunded to your card, and similarly payment via PayPal will be refunded to your PayPal account.

How will my money be refunded?

Once we receive your return, the refund process will begin. The method of refund depends on the payment method you chose. Thus, the amount will be refunded either by canceling the charge on your credit card, or by refunding the money via PayPal, or by depositing the amount within seven (7) working days into the bank account you indicate if you paid by cash on delivery.

What amount will be refunded to me?

We will refund you the amount corresponding to the value of the products and any shipping costs.
