EMMANUELA handcrafted for you® serves shipments throughout Greece, the European Union, the United States of America, and worldwide. All jewelry is shipped in secure and elegant packaging, designed to protect it during transport.

🇬🇷 Shipments within Greece

  • I ship with ACS Courier and deliver directly to your door.
  • Shipping cost: Free
  • Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days

🇪🇺 Shipments within the European Union

  • Shipments are made with DHL Express International, fast and reliable.
  • Shipping cost: Free
  • Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days

🇺🇸 Shipments to the United States

  • Shipments are made with DHL Express International and the DTP (Delivered Taxes Paid) method.
  • What DTP means: All taxes, duties, and customs fees are covered in advance. You receive the jewelry at your door without additional charges or surprises at customs.
  • Shipping cost: Calculated at the final checkout step, depending on weight and shipping address.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 business days

🌍 Shipments to other countries (outside EU & USA)

  • Shipment with DHL Express International or another available courier, depending on the country.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days (depending on destination).
  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout, based on country & shipping method.

🎁 Packaging & additional information

Each piece of jewelry is placed in a luxurious gift box at no extra charge and comes with a quality paper bag, so you can offer it as if you bought it from a physical store.

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to external factors. In such cases, I will inform you immediately of the estimated new delivery date before shipping.

No product is reserved without a named order. For jewelry marked “sold out”, contact me for information regarding availability. Usually, delivery of these products does not delay more than 10 days.

If force majeure reasons arise (e.g., strikes, weather phenomena), I will contact you so you can decide whether to continue the order.
