This website (hereinafter "the Store") is the online store selling the products of Emmanuela Alevizopoulou's sole proprietorship with the distinctive title "Emmanuela - handcrafted for you" (A.F.M. Place/Cancel an order

Method - Time - Shipping cost

The Products are of excellent quality and carefully packed. As long as you state this when submitting your order, the Products can be sent to you at your own risk and expense via a courier service and at the latest within 5 working days from the date of confirmation of your order to the place you have indicated during submission her. Shipments will be made daily, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The shipping cost is the same for shipping throughout Greece.

Withdrawal - Returns of products

General Terms of Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt, with return to the business address.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
The product or products must be in the condition in which you received them, they must not have been used, worn, soiled or in any other condition than their original and the security tag has not been removed.
In the event of a return, it is necessary to inform us by email or telephone about the return. Returned products can be exchanged for another item, size or color, or you can be refunded. We refund you the amount of the value of the product. Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us. Make sure they are packed properly and cannot be damaged in transit. Returns received outside of our policy will not be accepted.

How do I return the product?

In case you want to return a product, please contact us first at questions@emmmanuela.gr or by phone at 2391021132, stating your order number, the product or products you wish to return and the reason for their return.

Return of defective product

All our products go through quality control before they are shipped. However, if you encounter a problem and the product you received is defective, you should follow the steps below:

  • Complete the attached Return Form you received with your order.
  • Place the return form together with the product you wish to return in a secure package.
  • Call ACS Courier & return the parcel to the address Emmanuela Alevizopoulou, Gymnasiou 15, 57007, Chalkidona Prefecture of Thessaloniki, Greece, with a charge to the recipient, i.e. emmanuela.gr


emmanuela.gr will either replace the defective product with a new one (depending on stock) or refund your money.

In the case of a replacement, we will need 3-5 working days from receipt of the return to complete the process and ship the new product.

In the case of a refund, it will depend on the payment method with which the original purchase was made. That is, the cash on delivery payment will be refunded to the bank account you have indicated on the return form, the credit / debit card payment will be refunded to your card and similarly the PayPal payment will be refunded to your PayPal account.

How will my money be refunded?

Once we receive your return, we will begin the process of refunding its value. How the refund is made depends on the payment method you have chosen. Thus, the amount will be returned to you either by canceling your credit card charge, or by refunding the money via Paypal, or by depositing the amount within seven (7) working days to the bank account you will indicate to us if you had paid with cash on delivery.
