The laboratory

"emmanuela" jewels are original handmade creations of silversmith Emmanuela Alevizopoulos. Emmanuela was born in 1984 in Athens and from an early age cultivated her artistic nature, dealing with painting and construction.

A teenager realized that through jewelry making she could combine her creative abilities with her love for beauty and elegance, realizing impressive constructions with usability, durability and real value. So he decided to study the art of jewelry. At the same time, he started working as a craftsman's assistant in one of the most important workshops for the manufacture of handmade silver jewelry, where he learned the secrets and techniques of silversmithing alongside a successful craftsman.

Today, after four years of schooling and 12 years of experience as an assistant and technician, she aspires to create her own success story!

"emmanuela" jewelry is all handmade. Earrings, bracelets, brooches, rings, necklaces, pendants, but also wedding crowns, decorations for the decanter and the ceremony glass, as well as for favors. The metals used as a base are mainly silver, bronze and copper. They are decorated with semi-precious stones, pearls, coral, leather, feathers, feathers, enamel and other natural materials. When designs and manufacturing conditions permit, silver parts are rhodium-plated or gold-plated with 24K gold, so that they do not "tarnish" and are more resistant to shocks and distortions. Even for the dark parts, a black perodization is applied. This eliminates the need for constant maintenance and polishing.

The physical store "Emmanuela - silver art" is located in Nea Chalkidona, Thessaloniki, at 15 Gymnasiou street, where the workshop is also located. There you can see up close all the exhibits presented at emmanuela.gr and be informed by their creator about the way they are made, the materials and the techniques. You can also make special orders for jewelry that Emmanuela will help you design yourself!
